How This Blog Started
I know what it feels like to be the skinniest person in the room. I know what it is like to eat a full plate of rice and dal, go to sleep, and wake up the next morning looking exactly the same. I have been told "just eat more" so many times that the phrase genuinely started to annoy me.
I am Manoj, and I started The Knight Fit because I could not find a single fitness blog that actually spoke to people like me — skinny Indians trying to gain healthy weight using the food we actually eat every day. Not imported supplements. Not gym routines that need expensive equipment. Just real, practical advice built around the Indian lifestyle.
So I decided to build that resource myself.
What The Knight Fit Is All About
This blog is for every skinny person in India who has felt frustrated, confused, or left out by mainstream fitness advice. Whether you are a college student trying to bulk up on a hostel budget, a woman who wants to gain weight in the right places, or a young guy who has tried everything and nothing seems to work — this blog is built for you.
Every post I write is based on real research, honest experience, and a genuine desire to help. I do not believe in fake promises or magic solutions. I believe in practical steps, consistency, and using what you already have at home.

Our Promise to You
Every post I publish on The Knight Fit is written with one goal — to genuinely help you. I will never write something just to fill a page. I will never recommend a product just because it pays a commission. And I will never make fake promises about overnight transformations.
What I will do is share honest, well-researched, practical content that respects your time, your budget, and your Indian lifestyle. If something works, I will tell you. If something does not, I will tell you that too.
⚠️ Important Note
I am a fitness enthusiast and blogger — not a certified doctor or nutritionist. Everything shared on this blog is based on general knowledge and personal research. Please consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
